Built for small nonprofit teams

Your organization’s knowledge.
Ready for every application.

Grant writing shouldn’t take time away from your mission. Small nonprofits face the same application requirements as larger teams, often without a dedicated grant writer. CivicNarrative organizes the knowledge you already have and adapts it to the next opportunity.

The launch experience

A service built around your team.

Our initial service combines AI-assisted drafting with human quality control and editable document delivery. Get started without a customer account or a new dashboard to learn.

01

One reusable organizational profile

Bring together your mission, history, programs, budgets, and verified outcomes. Keep a consistent foundation for each new application.

02

Responses shaped around the funder

Application questions, priorities, and word limits guide the draft—not a generic proposal template. Budget narratives use your supplied financial information.

03

Clarity before you submit

Evidence-gap checks, source references, and a final review checklist help you spot unsupported claims and missing details. Every draft needs your approval.

From information to application.

A guided service, from profile to review.

  1. 01

    Build your profile

We guide you through your mission, history, programs, service area, budgets, and verified outcomes to build a reusable profile.

Provide the grantmaker’s name, application questions, guidelines, deadline, requested amount, and relevant supporting materials.

  3. 03

    Review your draft

AI-assisted drafting and human quality control turn your information into editable responses, source references, and a final checklist. You review and approve before submission.

A few important answers.

Will CivicNarrative guarantee funding?

No. We help prepare applications, not guarantee awards or eligibility. Your organization is responsible for reviewing requirements and approving all submissions.

What happens when information is missing?

Drafts use supplied, approved information. Missing facts receive a visible [VERIFY] flag rather than an invented number, outcome, or partnership.

How do I get started?

Contact us with your organization’s name, the service you’re interested in, and any upcoming deadline. The initial service uses guided onboarding and editable document delivery, without a customer dashboard. Enquiring does not make a purchase.

What does Essentials include?

Essentials is $99 per month for two application first drafts, one revision round per draft, a reusable profile, narrative and budget support, and an evidence-gap checklist. Each draft is limited to 3,000 words, excluding attachments and complex financial schedules.

How long does a draft take?

The target is two business days after we receive complete materials. Missing information may affect delivery, so contact us before committing to an urgent deadline.

How do monthly renewals work?

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and unused drafts do not roll over. The $49 audit is a one-time service, credited toward your first subscription month if you upgrade.

What information should I share?

Share organizational materials relevant to the application. Avoid unnecessary donor, employee, or beneficiary personal information.

Your next step

Make room for the work that matters.

Tell us about your nonprofit and your next funding opportunity. We’ll discuss whether the $49 audit or $99/month Essentials is the right starting point.

Let’s talk about your next grant.
